Processing Time
Thank you for your order with DermSkinShop. All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

  • Economy Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): $9.95 per order.  Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after processing.
  • FREE Economy Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) on orders over $100:  Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after processing.
  • Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): $14.95 per order.  Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days after processing.
  • Express Shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express): $19.95 per order. Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days after processing.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@dermskinshop.com as soon as possible so we can best assist you.
