At DermSkinShop, we want you to love your skincare products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- We accept returns on all items within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@dermskinshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
